There will be FELABRATIONS in Amsterdam and Sao Paolo, in addition to the other Felabrations we’ve written about in two previous posts: Part I and Part II. We are happy to see that people are celebrating the man himself all over the world, on or around his birthday (which is actually October 15, 1938). Below are the posters for Amsterdam and Sao Paolo, respectively. The Amsterdam Date includes a performance by Seun Kuti & Egypt 80.
Monthly Archives: September 2011
Here are some additional FELABRATIONS happening this year. If you’re in the area, be sure to stop by and celebrate the life of BABA FELA KUTI. Here are a couple of European parties, in addition to the first-ever Italian date in Bologna that was included in our first FELABRATION post. If you know of any Felabrations, please let us know.
